Hey, ladies. I’ve struggled through eating disorder after eating disorder since I was 10 years old. At one time I even weighed 106 lbs (I’ve 5’6 by the way). I recovered thankfully and gained about 40 lbs. I can’t say I’m completely at peace with my hips and thighs and butt, but I can say that most people around me are. Curves are not shameful! I’m learning. So believe it.
